Kelsey B. Anthony
Meet Kelsey Anthony (@kelseybanthony.jpeg ), the visionary behind KayBreanne Holistics LLC, where holistic wellness meets a passion for natural health. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science and Pre-Veterinary Medicine (2024), and enhanced by recent herbal courses and foundations since 2019, Kelsey is on a mission to bridge the gap between nutrition, well-being, and integrative care. While currently focused on crafting exquisite herbal teas, she is also pursuing a future in veterinary medicine. This dual path reflects a deep commitment to the One Health approach, recognizing that the well-being of humans, animals, and the environment are interconnected.
As an Afro/Latina community herbalist, Kelsey’s work is also a return to her roots. Both of her lineages carry long traditions of plant medicine, ritual, and holistic care, and through her practice she honors and reclaims that ancestral wisdom. Her studies are further deepened by learning from Ayurvedic medicine and other ancient healing traditions that view the body, mind, and spirit as interconnected with the natural world. Each blend she creates becomes more than tea, it’s a conversation with history, culture, and healing, drawing from the global wisdom of herbalism across generations and geographies.
By moving toward her goal of becoming a clinical herbalist and member of the American Herbalists Guild (AHG), Kelsey is committed to weaving together ancestral practice, Ayurveda, and evidence-based herbal study. This integrative approach allows her to create offerings that honor traditional knowledge while also serving her community and profession with integrity.
At KayBreanne Holistics LLC, the goal extends beyond simply selling products. Each tea blend and metaphysical offering is created with care and intention, designed not just as a commercial item but as a tool for connection, balance, and wellness. By weaving together Afro/Latina heritage, holistic study, and veterinary science, Kelsey aspires to inspire others to live more deeply in tune with themselves, their animals, and the world around them.
