WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

At checkout you are given the option of USPS, UPS and DHL. As much as we love to support USPS, there may be slight delays. We recommend shipping with UPS or DHL if you would like your package to arrive on time.

International customers only have the option for DHL to guarantee you'll be able to track your package and have it arrive within the time span specified.

All hand-blended items are small batch and made to order. Metaphysical objects are cleansed & charged. Please allow 1-3 business days for production, & shipping, and 5-7 days during holiday seasons. :)

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges. As our products are hand-blended, sanitary items, & metaphysically energetic items all sales are final.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you!

We cannot cancel orders and there is only a short window of time for us to edit your order. E-mail kaybreanneholistics@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to fix it for you!
