Pour 8 oz of boiling water (212° F preferred) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 3-4 minutes.
Make it my way
Pour 8 oz of boiling water (212° F preferred) over 1 tsp of tea. Steep 5-8 minutes. Then add 2 oz of oat milk (or other dairy/dairy alternative). Sweeten with honey/agave or sugar to liking (allow to cool if using raw honey).
