The primary active ingredient in Turmeric is circumin, a potent antioxidant to help promote optimum health and well-being and support and your body's natural defenses.
Licorice Root
Licorice root has a sweet, slightly woody flavor and is traditionally used to support digestion and relieve occasional discomfort. Not recommended during pregnancy or for individuals with hypertension, liver disorders, severe kidney issues, low blood potassium, or heart disease.
Ginger Root
Ginger root adds a zesty and sweet flavor and is known for its natural digestion and immune-supporting properties.

Pour 8 oz of boiling water (212° F preferred) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 4-5 minutes.

Pour 8 oz of boiling water (212° F preferred) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 4-5 minutes. Then add 2 oz of oat milk(or other dairy/dairy alternative). Sweeten with honey or sugar to liking(allow to cool if using raw honey).
